Massage Therapy

Massages are most useful when done appropriately. It should be done only after 3-5 days after and acute injury or only when the area is not too tender to touch. Massaging an area that is too painful can often worsen the situation.

When done at the right time of healing and done properly (not too hard), it offers great pain relief. Massages can be done at home or by a professional massage therapist.
